The Challenge

For years, NPSI relied on a local one-person firm to support their IT system, but as the practice’s patient base grew, their need for a partner with a higher level of expertise increased. NPSI needed a full-service firm who could ensure greater system efficiency and uptime – so they could spend their time focusing less on IT issues and more on delivering expert care to their patients.
